Is there only one apartment in your villa?
Yes, there is only one self contained apartment which is part of the detached villa.
Does anyone else use the pool?
Only you (the visitor) and occasionally myself (the owner).
At what time is the apartment available?
The apartment can be accessed after 5 pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure to allow for a thorough changeover clean.
Are there any supermarkets nearby?
Yes, in Gandia there are many supermarkets e.g. Lidl, Aldi, Plus, Mercadona, Caprabo, Carrefour, Super Patri, Consum .
How do I pay for the apartment?
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. The 70% balance must be received by us 2 month before your arrival. A returnable breakage/damage deposit of 100 Euros is payable on arrival.
